We are the go-to resource for resolving overloaded/overweight or out-of-balance rail car issues. We routinely work with agricultural products such as winter wheat, soybean meal, barley, corn, corn gluten meal, protein meal, citrus feed pellets, rice, distillers grain, urea fertilizer, molasses etc. as well as industrial products such as lumber, wall board, steel plates, beams, scrap metal, bundled copper, paper rolls, pulp bales, silica sand, polyethylene pellets, limestone, kaolin and bentonite clay, mica, cement, roofing granules, sodium sulfate, pine chips, brick, soap powder and many more products that have been overloaded or have shifted during transit.
We arrange for all the parties necessary to lighten and re-balance and/or block/brace the railcar, and deliver or dispose of the offloaded product. Often we can arrange for creative alternatives to disposal, reducing costs and waste.
